King To Receive National Medal of Arts

Stephen King will receive the 2014 National Medals of Arts and President Barack Obama will present him (and others) with it on September 10, 2015, at 3:00 p.m. ET in an East Room ceremony at the White House. The event will be live streamed at WH.gov/LiveStephen King for his contributions as an author. One of the most popular and prolific writers of our time, Mr. King combines his remarkable storytelling with his sharp analysis of human nature.
