I think this site is great. It's the first time I visit it, and I love it. Great job (and hard work,I guess). I began reading Mr. King's book at the age of 12 and I haven't stopped since then. I can't choose just one book as my favourite, but Salem's Lot (my first one), Pet sematary (the first I read in English), The Shining and Misery are very very special to me.
I would like to know:Isn't there a chat room in this site, or haven't I been able to find it? In case there isn't, have you considered the possibility? Thank you for your work, and thanks to Mr. King for contributing to my happiness.

I love this site, I'm visiting it since 2 years and it becomes better and better every week :D
The Dark Tower Comic Week is a great idea, and I like the interviews you did, Lilja.
Just one idea by me, I think it would be cool if there was any comments feature for the news, so people who read the news could share their thoughts about it.
Be that as it may, Lilja, you do a very good job wih you site!
Thanks for it

Hi all. Very good site, really. Stephen King is the best writer to me and when I try to write something I always imitate him, his style.
So I repeat, this is the best King's site I've visited till now.

P.S. Forgive me if I did mistakes, I'm Italian and I speak English only a lil bit : )

My favorite King book: Desperation or The Stand (I cant choose between the two).
Posted: March 2, 2007 - 08:31:35

Like I said above. I don't know which book is my favorite. Desperation or The Stand. Both awesome books and great movies! I never thought I would care too much for Stephen King. I read The Stand in the past and saw the movie. I liked both, but never really got in to anything else he wrote until I picked up Desperation and The Regulators. Desperation got me hooked, now I am trying to get a hold of all the books that he has that interest me. I didn't care too much for The Regulators though. With that said, I think Tak and Flagg are two of the best characters in the King universe.

I stumbled across your great site through a link on Moviehole's excerpt of the Frank Darabont interview. Fantastic interview. Shawshank & Stand By Me would have to be my fave movie adaptations of King books. I have a feeling I'm going to like The Mist very much. Love the story.
Your interview with Stephen was just wonderful. He's a writer who's books I liked to read now & again as I went through my early to mid 20s (too long ago now to worry about, lol) but by my late 20s had become a writer who's books I just had to have when I could afford them. I have a son who like me measures many other writers against King & finds them lacking a certain something.
According to my son that something is ability. :)

Very cool!!! I would love to have the opportunity you recieved. To sit down with the man and just have a casual conversation. I am in awe of you. And it is so refreshing to see that after all these years, King, is still just a simple guy from Maine. Truly insperational.
